Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations must be made by phone or email. Cancellations via text message will not be accepted. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees.Cancellation Fees:
A pre-payment of 100% of the consultation fee is required when scheduling your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be applied.More than 24 Hours Notice:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any additional fees, however, the pre-payment can be used as a credit for future appointments. We are happy to reschedule your appointment with no extra charge.Failure to Attend:
Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice is considered the same as a cancellation and will result in the same fee as outlined above.Appointment Confirmation:
To ensure there are no misunderstandings, we will send an email confirmation of your appointment 1-2 days prior to the scheduled date. Please review and confirm your attendance to avoid any cancellation charges.
