Cancellation Policy

We value your time and appreciate your understanding of our policies regarding cancellations. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and maintain efficient scheduling, please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Notice:
   Cancellations must be made by phone or email. Cancellations via text message will not be accepted. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees.

2. Cancellation Fees:
   A pre-payment of 100% of the consultation fee is required when scheduling your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be applied.

3. More than 24 Hours Notice:
   Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any additional fees, however, the pre-payment can be used as a credit for future appointments. We are happy to reschedule your appointment with no extra charge.

4. Failure to Attend:
   Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice is considered the same as a cancellation and will result in the same fee as outlined above.

5. Appointment Confirmation:
   To ensure there are no misunderstandings, we will send an email confirmation of your appointment 1-2 days prior to the scheduled date. Please review and confirm your attendance to avoid any cancellation charges.
